Turkish Breakfast

When I traveled in Turkey a few years ago I was introduced to a breakfast very different from what I was used to, and oh so delicious. As the weather turned warmer I got a sudden craving for this light, healthy breakfast so I whipped it up on the first real spring morning of '09. Delightful.

It's basic, but so delicious.  Boiled eggs, feta cheese, black olives, cucumber and tomato slices, some airy sliced bread (I used ciabatta), orange juice and something hot to drink.  Turkish coffee is best, but I used sweet black tea instead.  Hejhej.
